About: Christine Matotek

Hello, Welcome to the Perky Poppyseed! My name is Christine. I have always been interested in the kitchen:) After working in the world of food for several years, I decided to go to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College to get my AS in Culinary. After receiving my AS in Culinary at Le Cordon Bleu, I spent my internship working at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in Miami with the James Beard Award Winner, Michael Schwartz and James Beard Award Nominee, Hedy Goldsmith. I am now a Personal Chef, who makes healthy eating fun & most importantly delicious:) This blog is a little insight into my Perky Poppy Seed life one that is filled to the brim with life:)
